We are locals with a small family owned and operated business here in the Southbay. The barrels however are not locals. Each of our barrels is unique to their own right. All are solid oak and come from bourbon distilleries throughout the country. If one of our barrels is marked from a distillery we leave it just the way it is. Some of our barrels even had whiskey in only a month ago.
